Our team consists of people who want a career, not just a job. We spend the time and energy to coach and train in all painting techniques and processes.
Silas Merrick
Founder
Silas began Streamline Quality Paintworks Ltd. In 2005 after operating as an independent contractor for 9 years. Silas began Streamline Quality Paintworks Ltd. to set a new standard in painting. Commitment to quality and customer relationships has grown Streamline into the successful company it is today, seventeen years later.
Silas is grateful for our exceptional customers and finds it gratifying to receive so much repeat business and referrals from them.
Silas along with his wife and business partner, Kate, live in the Comox Valley with their two teenage children and dog Hank.
Kate is our Streamline office and co-business manager. Kate has an extensive customer service and administrative background. She enjoys working and sharing in the family business.
